About Us

Goodyear constructed this building in its current location in 1966 to be operated as a franchise dealer which also sold household appliances. Alex Bitz transferred to the Valley City store in 1975 where he managed the store until he purchased it in 1988 when it became Bitz Tire and Service. Alex continued to own and operate the store until he sold to his son Brian and Todd in 2009. Brian and Todd are continuing the same great service Alex provided.
